MDAC Client Bill of Rights
1 Each client has a right to have assessments done in an atmosphere of consideration and respect.
2 Each client has the right to be assessed by Assessors of appropriate and unimpeachable qualifications for the type of assessment being conducted. The Assessors employed will be unbiased and impartial.
3. Each client has the right to confidentiality consistent with the assessment type, and to have all documentation associated with the assessment sequestered and utilized only for the purposes of the assessment.
4. Each client has the
right to a prompt and definitive conclusion for the assessment conducted.
The release of the report will be controlled by the client's instructions.
